Our Customer Service Department as the image maker of our Bank is the first contact point of the Bank as existing customers and prospective customers enter into banking relationship with Onibuore Micro-finance Bank.

We value our customers hence the royal treatment we accord them whether within or outside the Bank premises; "Our Customer is King".

The Department ensures that its members of staff are of right frame of mind, high decorum, integrity and character. Every enquiry, complaint and even suggestion from our customers is treated with high sense of professionalism and in accordance to Banking and Regulatory Policies, Principles and Requirement.

The focal point of our business as a Bank is our customers and our goal is to see them satisfied and happy when within or leaving our Bank premises by ensuring friendly business environment, prompt and efficient customer service delivery for them.

The Department is being supervised by Mrs. Rita Omolara Odukogbe, mcib.  She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Language and a Diploma Certificate in Law. She is a Micro-finance Certified Banker.
